Today, April 25th, PANNA celebrates its 25th anniversary—a milestone that is solid, significant, and filled with history, hard work, and, above all, flavor.

PANNA was born from a simple yet powerful idea: to bring authentic Latin American food to the hearts of those who, for various reasons, lived far from their land and needed a bite that made them feel at home. What began in 1999 as a small fast-food spot—fueled by enthusiasm, seasoning, and family effort—is today a solid brand with four restaurants in Miami, a catalog of frozen products conquering home freezers, and a community that grows every single day.

But beyond the growth, there is something that hasn’t changed: the drive to do things right, the commitment to our flavors, and the pride of representing the very best of Latin American gastronomy from this corner of Florida.

A STORY FILLED WITH LATIN FLAVOR

The story of PANNA is also the story of many of our customers. Venezuelans, Colombians, Peruvians, Argentines, Dominicans, Cubans, and people from so many other parts of the continent who arrived in Miami seeking a new beginning and found a little piece of their country at PANNA.

Over time, PANNA became that meeting point where people eat with gusto, laugh with friends, celebrate birthdays, and share a nostalgic lunch. All of this is thanks to a menu that has remained faithful to its roots while evolving to meet our customers’ needs. From our crispy tequeños and flavor-packed patacones to our generously stuffed arepas, Argentine empanadas, pan de bonos, golden cachapas, papelón con limón, and shareable combos: everything prepared at PANNA carries our signature seal—a mix of affection, tradition, and an obsession with deliciousness.

Every arepa we make, every pastelito that comes out of the oven, and every golfeado that sweetens a difficult day is made for you.
